Career Experiences:

Marisa L. Milton serves as Associate General Counsel and Director, Health Care Policy for HR Policy Association. She is the lead staff person for all federal and state health care matters for the Association, representing the Association's position before Congress and the Administration, and analyzes public policy relating to the Association's market reform initiatives. She also serves as Executive Director of the Association's Pharmaceutical Coalition, a group of more than 50 large employers committed to increasing transparency and controlling the cost of pharmacy benefits. Prior to joining HR Policy, Ms. Milton was a Legislative Assistant for Senator Paul Sarbanes (D-MD) where she specialized in domestic social policy issues including health care and social security. She also served on the staff of Representative Jerrold Nadler (D-NY). Marisa is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Towson State University.
